Parkers’ Lighthouse uses simple, subtle, and flavorful ingredients to enhance the natural flavors of seafood. With an abundance of species to work with that are all delivered daily from local purveyors, we find the greatest pleasure in being able to create innovative dishes, often using fresh wild Alaskan fish, local day boat caught fish and Hawaii’s freshest fish. We are also proud to be one of the first restaurants to participate in Aquarium of the Pacific’s Seafood for the Future program, serving a variety of sustainable seafood dishes.
